Everyone loves the idea of working out at home, but sometimes its not all that simple if you dont have the right tools to use! Here is a list of some equipment pieces that are easy on the wallet and storage space in your house or apartment!
1. Kettlebells
Portable and easy to add into your workout for an extra bit of weight training and challenge for moves that you’ve mastered.
2. Exercise Ball

3. Yoga/Pilates Mat
Easy to bring around town with you, a mat is a great piece to have if you want to turn any space into a concentrated area for working out, meditation or stretching.
4. Medicine Balls
These balls will for sure come in handy for some great arm and glute exercises. All you need is one in your preference of weight and you are set to go!
5. Gliding Discs
These discs will help with those mountain climbers! Also great for inner thigh exercises, they will glide with ease on any surface, including carpet!
