DANCER FIT: dancing fitness back into your life |
Fun and new ways to look at fitness, health, sweating, and in all, having a good time. Living every day as if its your first. Being a dangercat and finding the mind lemonade and visual caffeine you need to stay on track, get inspired, be motivated and get your mojo in full swing! |
This challenge is completely inspired by Cassey from blogilates.com so before I get started, I have to give this gal a shout out cause its a pretty sweet idea. Not only is it completely DO-ABLE, but its a great way to have an active reminder throughout the day getting you to be more active!
Woah. Thats a lot of active.
Still, here goes. For the next week, the challenge I am bringing forth is to do 100 repetitions of an exercise once a day!
The repetitions dont have to be all together, they can be spaced out, they can be on the hourly, but whatever you choose, your challenge is to repeat one exercise a minimum of 10 times that day!
Here is the schedule for the weeK:
Monday- 100 squats
Tuesday- 100 push ups
Wednesday- 100 alternating leg lifts (both legs=1 rep.)
Thursday- 100 lunges (50 lunges each leg)
Friday- 100 tricep dips
Saturday- 100 plyometric squat-jump-jacks
Sunday- 100 plank to down-dog
For another take on the 100 challenge (and if you’d rather an overall workout challenge to do this week) try this baby on for size and sweat!
Have fun Danger Cats!
